• Colour: Cool black (daaark grey, not quite black) with blue shimmer.
• Special Attributes:
  • Shade: Not without water.
  • Sheen: Nope.
  • Shimmer: It’s supposed to be silver shimmer, but it looks blue to me.
• Watercolour Usage: With water, we get a nice blue around the edges, but it stays mostly grey. I think the softness of the grey is fabulous for watercolour.
• Harkens to Mind: A winter snowstorm in a city after midnight.
• Similar to: It’s like the inkvent Tempest by Diamine but with blue instead of gold shimmer. Important to note that it’s not a deep black.
• Expense: $22/80ml (Only about £10 though in the UK) as of 2023.
• Example: Lady GaGa.

Writing Sample

Verdict

For art, there are better but this one is nice with the shimmer. It’s not intense enough for me, though. If I’m using black, I want it to be void of colour, and if I’m using grey I want it to be lighter and more dynamic. So this one isn’t anything I’d buy for myself.
